RETURNS POLICY

All Purchases

Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty. We are happy to exchange your items to the same value of or greater at our physical store, (excluding electronics & Sale / Clearance items ) within 7 days of the date you received your order, with proof of purchase, providing the items are in their original unused & unopened condition which includes all manufacture packaging.

If you cannot get to our physical store, you can post any item purchased online (excluding electronics & Sale / Clearance items) back to us within 7 days of receiving your order .Exchange items to the same value of or greater than your original sale will be posted back to you at the cost of the buyer – Excluding faulty items which will be posted at our cost .Postage is Non Refundable.

Please note that we do not have a letterbox so parts must be returned during working hours .

Items Purchased at a special or Promotion Price may not be returned unless faulty.

Special order items purchased via Sea / Air option cannot be returned unless faulty. 

If the items are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

In the unusual event of item not fitting as intended through manufacture defect of part or change of mind on purchase we do not cover Labour for Remove and refit of supplied item back to original item / resupplied item .

DELIVERY

Our aim is to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible so we’ll make every effort to process your order quickly. When the product is in stock and you order from our website before 2pm on any business day you can expect your delivery in 1-3 business days for samll to medium parcels & 3-5 business days ( South Island 5-7 Business days ) for large parcels ie Exhaust boxes . If you place an order after 1pm on a business day or over a weekend / public holiday you can expect to receive your items anywhere within 2-7 business days of placing your order. We use the services of various well known Couriers for all our delivery’s

If your house is on the NZ Rural Delivery Postal route you’ll need to allow an additional 2 business days for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched from our NZ depot, you’ll receive an email from us with the tracking number for delivery.

Online orders can be shipped anywhere in New Zealand, with the exception to islands including the Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island and Stewart Island.  Please contact us so we can A – see if it is possible , B – get a Delivery cost and then update the advert for you to purchase.

We do not ship any items to P O Boxes, as signature is required.

For orders purchased using the International Air or Sea freight options please allow the given transit times shown on the advert . Once it has landed N.Z and processed by us only then will you be emailed the tracking info.

Orders Purchased using  Air  / Sea freight options during Xmas / January / Chinese New Year will incur delivery delays beyond our control , Please contact us prior to ordering for an individual delivery estimate .

All deliveries, for large and small items, need to be accepted by someone present at the delivery address.
Delivery charges will vary depending on the item and location of delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DELIVERIES excepted to South Pacific Islands only at this stage .  All Orders are shipped International Couriers unless stated otherwise . Delivery Times are approx 2-7 days tracked unless otherwise stated . Untracked orders can take upto 14 working days . 

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

Taxes and duties will be collected by the receiving country on international orders. You, the customer are responsible for these charges.

Products may be picked up from our store upon presentation of valid New Zealand photographic ID and an order number that was presented on your purchase email . ID must match the name on the order , otherwise the purchasing card MUST be shown in person or emailed through in advance for approval , Which will be recorded & stored as per our Privacy Policy .

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact the Store within 24 hours of delivery. 

We will arrange to have the damaged item returned to our store and either repair or replace the goods. Damaged goods must be returned to our Store in the condition received by you with all original packaging, together with all packing slips.

Return Replacement or repaired item postage will be met by us.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minor

If the goods we supply do not comply with a consumer guarantee, but can be remedied within a reasonable time, we will either repair the goods or replace the goods with goods of identical type. If we cannot repair or replace the goods within a reasonable time, we will provide you with a refund of the purchase price.

Major

A 'major failure' is where the failure in the goods cannot be repaired or cannot be repaired within a reasonable time, or where the failure constitutes a 'failure of substantial character' as set out by section 21 of the CGA.

If a failure amounts to a major failure, you are entitled to return the goods and choose to have a replacement of the returned goods or a refund. Alternatively, you may elect to retain the goods and obtain compensation for the reduction in value of the goods.

Where you choose a replacement, we will where available, provide goods of the same type and similar value to the returned goods.

All parts have 12 Months warranty from date of purchase unless stated otherwise and Excludes Track & Race use

All parts supplied are for Race / Track use only unless otherwise stated

Warranty claims do not cover Labour for Remove and refit. Return to base postage for faulty parts is not covered - Return of replacement item postage is covered by Redline Performance ( Trading as BCRacing NZ )  .

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We use various well known Couriers for all our deliveries ; once you have received email notification that your order has been dispatched and you have been supplied with a tracking number, you are able to track your parcel via the link given in the sales purchase Email.
